Home delivery or free pick-up
Get your order delivered to your home L’Europe. As soon as your order is
dispatched, we’ll send you an e-mail with the track & trace code to check the status
of your order.We send your parcel with registered mail.

Retuns
Do you want to return a product? Send it back to Skins Institute Hotel de L’Europe..
Do so in the original, unopened packaging and in the original shipping package or a
similar box. Discover more information about the return process here.

iDeal
An easy way to pay that uses the same strict security requirements as your bank.
Pay attention: it’s only possible to pay using iDeal, not to transfer the money from the
bank to Myownserums yourself.

Credit card
We accept credit cards such as Amex, VISA and MasterCard. When paying with
your credit card, your data is always protected against access from third parties. The
invoice amount will be debited within a few days after you place your order.
Myownserums uses the order date as purchase date on your credit card statement.

All product prices on Myownserums are including VAT. Myownserums does its
utmost best to make sure all the product prices in the web shop are correct. If by any
chance it occurs that the product price in your shopping bag is different from the
price stated on the website, the price of the product in the shopping bag is always
