Returns
Experience the ease of online shopping at Myownserums. Our webshop contains the
entire product range that is available in our physical stores, but also products that
are exclusively sold online. Get inspired and experience the same service and
feeling that you do in our actual store. If a product is not available in store, you can
easily order it online .
Select an article and choose the desired format, colour and amount. This makes the
products appear in your shopping bag. Done shopping? Click on the shopping bag in
the right upper corner of the screen for an overview of the order and, if needed, enter
changes here. You can pay safely with iDeal or credit card. Read more on how to pay here.
Home delivery or free pick-up
Get your order delivered to your home L’Europe. As soon as your order is
dispatched, we’ll send you an e-mail with the track & trace code to check the status
of your order.We send your parcel with registered mail.
Returns
What items are eligible for returns?
- Unopened and unused items (with the exception of self-assembled sample sets) can be returned within sixty days without reason.
- Items that have arrived damaged or incorrectly.
- Items of which the quality does not meet the stated specifications (If an article provokes an allergic reaction, please contact us).
What items are not eligible for returns?
- Items that need to be hygienic (such as make-up) but have a broken seal.
- Articles that are damaged by use.
- Articles that have been used and/or have a broken seal.
- Skins Institute Gift Cards.
- Articles that have been bought in a Skins Institute store can’t be returned online.
How can I return something?
Send an email to info@myownserums.com with the complaint.
After you have informed us, you must return the items to us as soon as possible, but in any case no later than thirty days after the notification. If necessary, contact us by e-mail or by telephone +31 641 980 739.
We request that you return the items to us in the original packaging and in the original box or a comparable box. You can also return the items to our store.
Due to the corona virus, it may be that the processing of your return takes longer than you are used to from us. We will send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
Refund
If you paid with iDeal, credit card or PayPal, the paid amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
You can get a refund of the shipping costs for the return shipment if an item from your order is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or if you return the order for good reason. If necessary, send an email to customer service to send your order, or email your proof of shipment to receive a refund.
Warranty
The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. As a customer of Skins Institute you are entitled to a good product. If the article is not what you expect from it, please contact us and we will find a solution together.
In rare cases it unfortunately happens that orders from countries Myownserums is shipping to are held at customs and eventually returned to us. This is because some of our products (e.g. perfumes) are labelled as dangerous goods due to the fact that these products contain alcohol. When this occurs, the client will receive a full refund. Myownserums is working hard to find a solution for this and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery
When you place an order on myownserums you can choose from a number of
delivery options. Below, you will find more information about them.
Please note that different delivery times apply around the holidays. Check your track
& trace to find out when your package will be delivered.
We will send your parcel with registered mail and track & trace number.
Delivery through PostNL
– You will receive an e-mail when the order has been shipped.
– If you are not home the first time, PostNL will offer you the package the next day.
PostNL will send your shipment to the nearest Post Office after two attempts. The
package will stay here for three weeks and then return to the sender. For receipt of
the package must always be signed.

Prices
If you pick up your order at Skins Institute, this is completely free.
We ship orders via PostNL free of charge from € 150 within the Netherlands. The costs of orders under € 150 are € 6,50 per order.
For orders outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs are € 15 for EU Zone 1 (free for orders over € 199), € 18 for EU Zone 2 (free for orders over € 199), € 23 for EU Zone 3 (free for orders over € 199) and € 28 for EU Zone 4 (free for orders over € 199).
